Taiwan stocks climbed 1.34 percent, rising along with other regional bourses on Tuesday, paced by a rebound in flat panel makers Chimei Innolux and AU Optronics. The main TAIEX index ended up 101.05 points at 7,636.57, with technology shares and financials both adding more than 1.3 percent. Chimei and AU, the world's No 3 and No 4 flat panel manufacturers, both jumped more than 2 percent. They had plunged by the daily limit of 7 percent in the prior session. The Taiwan dollar was up by T$0.082 at T$29.046 against the US dollar.
